How we work · The method
Five steps behind every experience.
The same method runs behind a small workshop and a thousand-person event. It is what turns a good day into a change that holds.
Most team events are chosen backwards — an activity is booked, then everyone hopes it fits. We reverse the order. We read the team first, and every step after follows from what we find.
In order, and for a reason.
Scan
We read the team across eight dimensions — trust, communication, alignment and more — before we plan a thing.
Design
We design for the specific gap the reading reveals, not a package pulled off a shelf.
Build
We produce every detail end to end, in-house, so nothing is left to chance on the day.
Deliver
We host and run it so it lands, and so your people can simply be present.
Measure
We re-check at Day 14, 30 and 60, and hand you the proof of what changed.
About the method
Why read the team before designing?
Because the activity a team enjoys and the thing a team needs are often different. Reading first is what makes the design fit — and what makes the result measurable.
Does this work at scale?
Yes. The run-of-show changes with the size, but the five steps are the same for a single team and a full-company event.
Tell us what you’re trying to change.
We will read the team, then design for it.
